Decision support admin

Decision support admin is only available to administrators

Decision support admin has an extra option on the Alert rules tab that allows the administrator to find out why a rule didn't fire for a given field.

Test

Click the "Test" button of a rule to try it out. You can try a rule before you enable it, or you may try an enabled rule to find out why it behaves as it does.

"Test" tries to match the rule on all fields, or a specific field you select. When you press "Start trial" it will run the rule on all fields to see if it matches. The results are shown in a table that shows you whether the rule matched or not, and the reason for it. It will also show the values used for the comparison, when applicable.

By default, the rule is tried for the current day, by you can pick any day you want for the check.

If you want to check the values, click the field name to take you to the graph tab of the field directly. It will open in a new tab.
